Kimberly,
The table of contents is a great idea! You quickly know what you have and where it is located.

Albert,
If you school is regulated by other agencies, such as Board of Nursing or Board of Cosmetology, it would be strongly suggested to add their rules as well.

Naji,

That is true! Having a cloud drive or main drive with backup keeps your documents safe as well.

Scott,
Frequently asked questions are great! It keeps in line with what prospective students ask and help us develop our answers in response.

I have carefully labeled each section per topic and made two copies, one to remain in the admissions office and another in our administrators office.

I have created a note book with all the important rules and regulations outline

I set up different notebooks. I have one notebook with all different degree programs. I have another book which discusses tuition rates. I have another notebook which discusses attendance, requirements, and services offered by the university. I have another book which goes over in detain all of our Chairs.

I have labeled each section in my notebook and also added sections that are specific to my position.

I made a reference binder with all the rules and regulations as well as the courses and requirments for all courses. This makes it easy if I am unsure of an answer.

I have a 3-ring binder that I am printing all of the rules and regulations, etc. I still need to do some thumb tabs so it'll be complete.

All of the paperwork should be cataloged electronically as well as in binder, as a back up method. We all know the sudden failure of electronic devices!

All of the paperwork associated with the admissions training are catalogged electronically as well as in a binder for the counselors to access should they need to refer to it later.

When it comes to organizing the Paperwork,it can be done through physical files and folders and through digital as you can scan it and store it on a hard drive. A back up for any paperwork is always a life savor.

This unit has been very helpful as we are very small and have to multitask. I have started a binder and am auditing all of our paperwork again now that I have taken this course.

I recently started working in admissions about 4-5 months ago. It has been a constant flow of information. Everyday I learn something new. After taking this course I have a further understanding that I should be keeping a binder with Florida Statutes. This class has helped tremendously!
