Our school also has a binder for our Admissions Representatives. I am creating a section for the Florida requirements to keep it all together.

I have a small filing cabinet under my desk. The way that I am keeping organized is to use hanging folders to keep track of polices, the Code of Conduct, and frequently used documents and resources.

Hey there,
Thanks for the question. We have a master binder in the office that the manager holds on to since there are now only two of us due to ression. We frequently look at it and bring it to our meetings. Currently he does the updates but if I catch it not updated I get a free lunch!!! Hope this helps!

We have created a notebook that specifically includes all required documentation, as it relates to the admission training.

R. Shannon

I maintain an admission manual in a three ring binder with all of the training documents. I like to keep the FAQ portions of compliance near the front of my binder for a quick reference.

Thomas,

Excellent! Your notebook will become a welcome resource in your position. Make sure to keep it current and review often.

Erika,

You are off to a great start. Building this notebook will increase your knowledge of the reference materials. You will be able to access what you need at your fingertips.

Patty Aronoff

Maria,

Continue to add more resources that will assist you in your job. Try adding advertising slicks, program details, and organizational documents.

hallie,
It takes attention to details in the efforts for successful students. Student services are a very important part of a student's success and this support may divert a student from dropping.

Patty Aronoff

hallie,

Checklists work very well here. The more we prepare consistency in file maintence, the more we work towards compliance.

Patty Aronoff

hallie,

You have a great process. Schools are required to keep all documentation relevant to the contract between the parties.

I am putting them together in a binder and sectioning them. This is very helpful.

I am printing everything out and putting it in a binder with tabs. Also writing out all the "Thinking Breaks" and quiz questions that I get wrong (if I get any wrong) and putting in the section it belongs.
I am also highlighting anything that I must ask my supervisor about so I don't forget or miss anything.
Also, after printing out all the notes for the program I have place them in the back section of my "Resource Notebook" so it's all together.

It is very important to be organized and maintain all the necessary documents in a binder with tabs. These documents culd include the rules and regulations of our institution and also the school catalog.

Every student has his/her own file where all daily progress is recorded. All improvement or needs for improvement are recorded. His/her daily attendance is reported and I follow-up.

A file is create for every students who is admitted. I check and correct information on students files and update.

I am the Case Manager it is my job to maintain application and other supporting documents in student file. I establish a file number and update progress report monthly. If he/she has medical appointments or other related appointments I keep a record in file. Case Manager maintain files until graduation.

Ana,

We should always be looking for ways to improve our effectiveness and remain compliant.

Patty Aronoff

Rhonda,

Thank you for sharing your process. Organization is key to maintaining compliance.
