Importance of Understanding the Enrollment Agreement!
Understanding the legally binding document, the Enrollment Agreement, is crucial if we expect the student to understand and comprehend what they are signing. How can we prepare for student questions or concerns if we as representatives are not informed ourselves? If a student were to ask us what something on the enrollment agreement means and we read it and seem puzzled ourselves, this would cause us to lose our credibility with the student and worst of all trust in the professionalism of the institution.

Absolutely! The only way to confidently answer questions in regards to the enrollment agreement is to know exactly what is being explained on this legal binding contract. It is also helpful to have the institution catalog right there as a reference tool one it comes time to explain the details of the enrollment agreement.

That is a very true statement! Having the catalog right there and indicating the reasoning in the catalog helps surmount any questions. Same with the CIE rules.
