Marisel,
Both formats have their advantages. I like having an electronic format because I can do a find or search to locate information that I need.

Christen,

Lawrence,
The binder is only useful to you if it is current and up-to-date. We should always be reviewing the binder to make sure that the information we need is at hand when needed.
Patty Aronoff
Christina,

I have created a binder with all the information to keep on hand in case we need it one day for any situation and I can always have it here to look back on it.
I have created a binder with all the paperwork and guidelines. I keep it in the first drawer here in my office.
I created a binder as well with categories in different tabs. Printing along as I go...
Agreed, staying up to date has just moved up my priority list! All wonderful suggestions.
This site has helped alot with organization of the necessary rules and polices. Great information
has this process helped you with the Admissions Process?
I use a binder to print off and organize all of my information. And keep it current
I have a three ring binder with five separation tabs. Then I have separated all the information under its appropriate tab. This way I know how to find the information when I go back to the notebook
I am creating a binder notebook that contains the paperwork from the training, as well as the documents from my institution. I am using dividers for each section.
I try to follow the suggestions in the course, and also from prior experience I printed sample documents, and I am building a binder to be able to refer to it regularly and also to have with me while interviewing and talking to prospective student. My goal is to know as much as possible about the CIE rules and the information in our school catalog.
I have what I called my “double –fileâ€, which consist in an “Active-Binder-Type-Fileâ€, which include not only the related Florida Statute, and the FAC rules and regulations, as well as the CIE “standards†and news, but actually I am including specifics notes from this excellent training course, as well as other researched material; and, also maintain a “Computer-File†to quick access as reference
I am creating a Resourse Notebook broken down with page dividers so each section is easy to access. I am also including samples from my own institution for quick referencing.
As our school is pretty new, I will start with the information from this course and the materials of the school. Then as I move along I will make notes and gather more information that I find now valuable for my prospective students.
I keep all my information in a binder and I constantly add more information to the binder as needed.
