Continuous training is vital for all admissions representatives. Schools that require continued education or professional development training for employees view this concept as a basis for learning best practices from other representatives and coaches. Additional training also helps new and existing representatives obtain and improve on different methods and concepts; yet, frequent training sessions will provide up-to-date information on different policies and procedures affecting our world in education.
