One thing I have learned is information within the higher education system is constantly changing. With that said, it is imperative to attend all meetings and trainings so the representative is not only up-to-date but also so the student is getting proper information so they can make an educated and well informed decision.

Attending meetings and training courses at your institution is definitely the best way to stay up to date with the changes within different departments and a great way to brainstorm collectively on how to improve the overall student experience.
