Know What is What and Who is Who!
Hi everyone! I am a new Admissions Rep. So far one aspect of my training that I've found to be beneficial to my success is knowing your staff. To be able to utilize your co-workers will only enhance your understanding of their functions, your school and its programs, etc. You just feel more confident in your abilities in assisting your students!

Hi Jason, you are so correct. There will also be that one person on staff that seems to know everything , it is often a good idea to get to know them as they can often direct you where you need to go or what to do.
