Hi everyone! I am a new Admissions Rep. So far one aspect of my training that I've found to be beneficial to my success is knowing your staff. To be able to utilize your co-workers will only enhance your understanding of their functions, your school and its programs, etc. You just feel more confident in your abilities in assisting your students!
Hi everyone! I am a new Admissions Rep. Please be sure to keep an eye out for new programs your school may implement. The world is constantly changing. My institution just added a new program to our IT School. How exciting! I feel that keeping up with trending demands in the work world only shows how up to date your school is!

Hi everyone! I am a new Admissions Rep. I attended a meeting today to learn best practices utilized amongst our veteran Reps. In regards to the topic of tuition, I found that being honest with the prospective student definitely displays trust. Initially, a student will deem his/her tuition too expensive. However, we must remind them that Financial Aid is available to assist.
