Meetings
There are many different meetings that are held at the institution. The weekly meetings we have with our admissions office are important to determine what we are doing each week and where there is room for us to take on new projects. We also have our faculty and staff meetings which are important to determine what each area and department of the school is doing to understnad our processes. These are important meetings to attend to also encourage interaction between the departments and smooth communication.
Alicia,
Best practices are a great topic for meetings. We can learn from each other and develop new strategies for excellence.
Patty Aronoff
Our admissions team meets twice a day; once in the morning to discuss what we have planned for the day and then once in the evening to discuss our results. We also use these meeting to discuss best practices and things that we've learned. It helps to hear about other people's situations and experiences so that the whole group can grow.
Megan,
Meetings bring people and departments together. It is a time to ask questions and come together as a group.
