Paperwork!!!

When meeting with family I make sure I have double sheet of paperwork. Whether I forget some forms I have extra back-ups! Always a good to have extras just in case!

That' true we need to make sure everything is completed so the prospect is not held back from completing other steps.

I agree with you all! Its very important that you have all the paper work in the interview and that the prospect reads through everything carefully.

Agreed. It is extremely important for us to file the paperwork as soon as it is submitted to assure the prospect's timely completion of the admissions, etc process.

Electronic paperwork should be a requirement today!! I cannot tell you how many meetings we conduct solely based on incorrect paperwork. If we went to an electronic system this would reduce the amount or errors made and of course save valuable time and money.

As an Online Rep the paperwork is so important to keep up with. If a sheet is lost it is very hard to tract down a student. A game of phone tag is never fun!

School wide we use electronic paperwork so you can not move on without completing all necessary documents. Very important so we stay compliant and the student experience is consistent.

I always check to make sure I have several copies of my required forms. When I meet with students, several of them make errors and instead of making them wait while I go and get another one, I have an additional one. Time Management is of an essence. A student wants to get the paperwork filled out so they can leave.

I could not agree more! Keeping extra blank paperwork at my desk has been a little extra step of being well prepared as well as extra blank folders for times of the students being given multiple pieces of important paperwork to take home, rather than them just sticking in a bookbag or a purse. It gives more of a non-verbal as well....these are important and to be kept!
