Our students receive all of their materials the first day of class. At orientation they are told what to expect and our guidlines are followed.

We have an online ordering system that the students use. They receive an email from a vendor we use that packages all the materials needed for each term, and then the materials are shipped to the studnets. For students that are just starting, we order their term 1 materials and have them shipped to the school, and then they are given out on the first day of class.
