I would have to agree with Ramon regarding what is discussed with the students prior to starting a program.
Our campus has a great Admissions Team who work cohesively with the other departments should a student have a specific question (e.g. Financial Services, Student Services, Career Services, etc.). If necessary, even the Program Director gets involved if the student has any specific questions regarding the program's criteria for attendance and graduation.
Cost, Completion rates & Placement rates
Campus Security Policy, Students with Diasbilities Policies, Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy, FERPA, Student Complaint and Grievance Porcedure, etc., are some pf the disclosures made to students before they start the program.
