Me and Stress

I use to live with stress until I got sick for it. Now I have learned that nothing in this world is worth getting angry at or even upset for that matter. When something bothers me now I just tell people what it is. Let them handel the stress.
Often my husband and supervisor will get angry at me because I'm not angry, but when I say things I say it with no emotions. That's because stress already had me down one time and I'm not going back
