<p>Jill, I totally agree with your advice.&nbsp; I feel it is important for all departments to understand the "big picture" of things.&nbsp; Compliance affects us all and it is just as critical for academics to follow guidelines and regulations as it is for admissions.&nbsp; There are factors in academics that it would be beneficial for admissions to understand just as admissions guidelines are beneficial for Academics and Financial Aid to understand.&nbsp; We are all&nbsp;a team and we need to understand what helps us all to work effectively.</p>
