This course had a lot of detailed information!  I have learned a lot and cannot wait to use this information in the workplace!

A no brainer.  Must have and keep updated.

I learned a lot about the CIE during the training. All the information obtained will heelp me to be a better Admision Advisor.

This course was great for assuring we are up-to-date on the latest information. It was also a good refresher for the already established information. I will do my best to apply all learned information in my daily interactions with potential and current students.

It is very useful to have  all policies and procedures along with a resource note book

How Engrained are your Scripts, and do you find it challenging to stay engaged with the student converstaion. particularly on the phone? (my interaction is 99% phone based) 

I think the two most important components of the enrollment process are: 1. know the student, their needs and goals. 2. know the program believe in its value and the positive impact on the student's future work expectations.

Taking nots and studying the laws and regeluatios for you school/ state is a must in this program! Not only will it make you all havea better understanding about what being an admissions leader means but as well what actions you must taketo be a successful leader in your school!

This program does not only teach you about how to take the proper stepts and technequiqs to sell but goes way beyond that. The rules and regulation that are taught in this program are very indepth and teach you the proper avenues to take in doing so, and how the objective is not to sell but to inform and convey all the correct information about your institution. It teaches you responsiblitlites beyond the office and how to act properly on your tour andwhen providing infromation in a professional fassion while followng laws and compliance. I found it very  helpful to download and save each page of course. I will keep it in my notebook so that I may easily access it if I forget something.

Just completed this training; I must say that it was a great learning tool. As the Program Director and interview processor I am excited to move forward with this new role. Additionally, the training afford the statues at a finger tip to reveiw, whic was a great review access.
