I felt that the information received with this online course was very informative.  The online classroom enabled me to learn all the different compliances that are required to be a succesful college recruiter.  It is truly a helpful and positive experience.

Great Experience

After being in the industry for 3 years, this was a great opportunity to brush up on some of the current rules and regulations regarding our industry.  I found this course to be very informative! I am excited to update my Resource Book immediatelyy with the new information I have received!  It was great also being able to read and learn other peoples way of doing things (example: referrals) and I am excited to start implementing the new things I have learned!  Great Experience!

Admission Requirements

Having requirements and rules for admissions outlined in the Fl. Statures and Rules helps all schools and programs give proper information to the students ahead of time.  Some programs like Nursing require that the applicant provide a certificate of good health from a doctor and no criminal record....Everyone needs to know these requirements up front.

online programs

Online programs help busy people learn... Just finished the program last night....I  enjoy learning and thanks to the internet I have any time of the day to do just that..

CM 201

After completed the CM 201, I have gained great knowledge of the procedures and statutes that are implemented in post-secondary institutions. I found this course very helpful in detailing the proper ways for admissions represenattives to give information to prospective students.

Taking the course

This course was something that helped me learn what was the most important about my job.  Since all the questions were either true or false then its is only two ways that you can go with your answers.  I feel that it will help me out in my course of employment because I have learned about the rules and regulations and more things that I may and may not say to a prospective student.

Reference Guide

I just finished the course today. I think it was an engaging course to understand our expecations. I can see myself referencing the course materials quite often, and I appreciate having them available to me. Good luck all!

Informative

I thought the information was presented in a very clear, concise format. The course was very informative and beneficial. Very well-presented information!!!

Very important

I enjoyed takingh this class online. It is definitively the best way to avoid penalties from the state and provide the best information to or students

Student Account Director

I really enjoyed the online training.  I believe it all centers around putting the studnent's best interest first.  It also clarified regulations for each state and federal regulations.

Business Officer

The training is greatly informative on the nature of disclosure, honesty, and integrity needed to ensure compliance and a positive image as an institution of higher learning.

Analysis

This online training was very beneficial to clarify regulations for our industry. It also helped explain some of the "why" behind the regulations.  It is always nice to have an explanation as to why we are doing our every day activities the way we do, or why the regulations are in place. It was also a good "brush-up". I have printed out the coursework and plan on revisiting it periodically to remind myself of these things.

Exit Analyst

I have been in the Exit department less than a year. This course has helped to get a better understanding of the obstacles that our schools come across. It also gave me a more open outlook on the compliance side of my job. This helps me to understand why every ones job is a critical piece of the puzzle and how we have to work together in order to make everything fit.

New Employee

As a rather new employee to both my school and the educational industry, this course was very useful to me.  It help to clarify items which I was unsure of my rights to talk to students about.  I think this course will help me be more confident in interacting with students.

State Guidelines

This training was very beneficial because I understand where some of the guidelines originate from and how these guidelines ensure that the admissions process is the same for all students.  I like having this knowledge because I feel more able to speak confidently to prospective students.

State Regs

I found it extrememly beneficial that the modules included information that was tailored to our particular states. Being made aware of not only our national regulations, but also state regulations ensures that we are 100% compliant on all fronts.

A whole lot of information to take in

i wrote down many notes while reading over the information.  I continually was looking through my manuals and catalogs while taking tests and asking other co-workes information.  I do believe that this traininfg was useful but I certainly need hands on experience. : )

Online Works

Felt that the online forum worked well for this course.

The Resource Notebook

I think the Resource Notebook is a great tool.  It's not only a great way to organize all the information you need, but to make sure you're staying up to date with the latest information.  I put a recurring reminder on my calendar to check for updates to Laws and Rules and also to check in with our Academic staff for any updates to our programs.

Very informative

This course was much needed.  Everyone should pay close attention b/c as employees that are supposed to help people, we must always follow the correct ethical procedures.  We must always do right by the student, and they will then appreciate our truthfulness and honesty!
