Great training all new hires need this 

The course offers great links to vital information for the admissions representatives.  It can be overwhelming trying to look up and keep on top of specfic regulations, etc. This annual training really helps keep you on the ball,up to date and organized!

THIS PROGRAM WAS REALLY…. WENT INTO DETAIL AS FAR AS THE OHIO BOARD ON THEIR EDUCATION REGULATIONS AND WHAT THEY EXPECT FROM THEIR SCHOOLS, COLLEGES, AS WELL AS THEIR AGENTS AND ADMISSIONS REPERSENATIVES…. IN AND OUT OF STATE.

Thank you so much for this training.  It has really opened my eyes to the possibility that one of my students maybe in need of assistance that I could have provided them at the beginning of the term.  I will definitely apply this knowledge to future classes. 

No matter how long you have worked in Admissions, you can never know everything so this is a nice refresher course. Also, this helps to keep you focused on the real reason we work in Admissions which is helping and educating potential students.

I learned from the online course and was made aware of some of the issues and concerns..

Prior to taking this course, I did not expect to acquire much additional information concerning students with disabilities.  However, to my surprise, I found the course very informative and intersting.  I would strongly recommend it for all professionals in the field. 

I was happy to have this information,  though at times some of the wording of the questions was challenging. 

I again am very happy to be in the For profit industry and will continue to saty in it!

This training module increased my overall working knowledge of my day to day activities with students and staff!  It was worth doing!

I feel that this training is great for all admissison reps as well as staff and instructor. I learned many new things during this course.

The training was very helpful. It was filled withh a lot of useful information. I enjoyed the Knowledge Bytes most of all. They provided a simple and convenient way to learn facts. It was easy to navigate through the various courses. I feel better prepared for my new position as an Admissios Representative.

The training I recieved the last couple of days was extremely helpful. I learned new policies that I was unaware of and I have a better understanding of accomadating students with disabilities. I will use what I've learned and apply it to my work every day. I want to make sure I enroll great students who are a fit for the school and help them along the way.

What are some of the admissions processes at other schools?  We all follow the same regulations but how do different schools handle interviews, admissions exams, etc.?

This training was so helpful in reviewing and teaching of the State Board requirements.  I realize that my training is never actually finished but I feel confident I have the tools needed to continue it through the links and recommendations provided by the course.

The entire program was informative and the final exam really let me know how much information I had gained!  The final session with the interviews of Ms. Betty Demers was helpful in refocusing the reasons we do what we do and that is to teach and assist others to learn, grow and be successful.  I was particularly pleased to see Ms. Demer’s interviews as she is the person who initially hired me to teach at Miller-Motte College in Wilmington, NC ten years ago!  Her devotion to educaton and her mentoring me gave me the incentive to continue to grow and… >>>

The final exam was really challeging. One must know the material in order to do well. The knowledge is really helpful. I wish I knew about those rules when i went to school. Sometimes, you are exposed to so many lies.

Knowledge is really power. I will make sure that the students coming to my institutions are fully informed before they make a decision.
