This couse heled me to understand the requirements that a school  must meet for the disability student . It is a challenge to do it RIGHT!

After completing this course, I would recommend it to others. I've already conveyed in my comments and emails that some of the wordings in the quizzes can be misleading, however overall I'm glad that I learned what I did.

It is imperative for adult educational institutions maintain proper standards of being in accordance with established statues, rules and legislation. This ensures the institution continue to reach goals that sustain efforts to ensure that personnel are aware of and take steps to comply with relevant regulations and laws.

Always follow compliance and keep up to date information on hand always

Compliance to state, national accrediting agencies, and the DOE  regulations is of the utmost importance to schools and their employees who make financial aid available to their students. A course like CM102 is scary in that a person realizes how many regs there are out there, and that you play a huge roll in whether the school is meeting those requirements, or not.

Being compliant is very important to not just Concorde but to our students. All departments have a obligation to be ethically compliant to ensure we are not violating any laws or regulations. "When you know better , you do better."

As a PD this course has opened my eyes to the things I need to understand when my staff or Ireceive inquiries into our RT program. We get calls asking for salaries, job opportunities, etc. I usually send prospective students to the Addmission department. if they specifically want information related to RT I give them the link for the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) website. they have a section related to prospective students in the profession. Retention of stdents is good for any school. Based on the student academic stanaurds and the school 's ability, to kep the leaning objective twards the stuidents accomplishment. Setting realastic stardards hl a student achieve their goals.

How we keep our Rentation rate up is by giving back to our students and staff and clients.  When you give back and show our beauty family we care about each and everyone of them and make sure they feel a real postive vibe once the leave the beauty institute.

Compliance training is an important piece of our every day role in the career college sector. Training such as this is very helpful to the over all growth of an admissions representative and a reminder that all staff within our institution are directly responsible for being transparent to our students and acting within the best interest of our student for their success.

Through this course, I now have a better understanding of the accrediting bodies which govern higher education.  Adhereing to these laws ensures our students can find value in their education. This is an investment into their future and we have a part in making it mean something. Having many safety measures in place allows the students to feel confident that they will not be taken advantage of, but can recieve a valuable education to further thier degree.
