I noticed if you keep the students more engaged with the class such as training aids and you yourself popping with the interaction with the students and make it fun you won't have that much of a problem.

Sometimes it seems hard to hold the attention of a class without some entertaining breaks frequently. It seems we need distractions in order to refocus on a subject and learn.

I remember reading research I think from Berkley on Attention span and the advertizements in Media today.

It sounds like we are all programmed by television for commercial breaks regardless of how much we want something to happen.
