I think a good way to manage your stress is by staying as positive as posible and by having some type of stress reliever... e.g. Meditation such as, yoga and tai chi. I feel that has helped me in the past. Am I wrong?

I noticed if you keep the students more engaged with the class such as training aids and you yourself popping with the interaction with the students and make it fun you won't have that much of a problem.
