Well put Annette, I had not given it much thought before completing this module.  I will certainly reach out to students who do poorly on written exams, yet have shown me through class participation that they undersand the material.

That's great.   I noticed that a student would answer questions aloud correctly in class.  When the same student was given the written exam, she would answer the exact same questions incorrectly.  This was an eye opener.
