Classsroom management

ed 104 was very helpful in focusing on aspects of classroom management which may be overlooked or diminished by repetition of the course materials.

I think that is a great idea. When I notice some of my students not particpating I would sometimes change the subject or task which seem to become an effective engagement process.

I especially liked reminders for engaging quieter, less interactive students.  The panel discussion is something I will try next week.  I often assign five minutes for students to read and summarize a section of material from the text when it looks as if they are not engaged in listening.
