What in my opinion should happen when a rep has a bad start is coaching, mentoring, and then creating a plan to help you make it next start. I have been doing admissions for over a decade and a half so during that time I was a director and a lead. So to me a miss start normally means go back to the basics. What does that mean? Open in your training manual and see what you missed! Maybe it was just a bad start for you but the best way to make your next start is one student at a time. Don't let people get you down! If you plan to be a superior employee " provide the mission statement" and you will make it every time. Hopefully this is helpful. But the real answer to this response is people don’t look at your last start they look at the now! Which when you miss a start it could be hard to deal with the comments. But know that you can be and do anything you set your mind toooooo.
