What in my opinion should happen when a rep has a bad start is coaching, mentoring, and then creating a plan to help you make it next start. I have been doing admissions for over a decade and a half so during that time I was a director and a lead. So to me a miss start normally means go back to the basics. What does that mean? Open in your training manual and see what you missed! Maybe it was just a bad start for you but the best way to make your next start is one… >>>
