Being a personal trainer, I have found that physical activity and breathing are two very important coping mechanisms for stressors that we cannot eliminate.

I find that this section covered many key points about stress. Stress is a huge component when dealing with the immune system. It is important to recognizes the stressors in our every day lives.
I thought the lesson was extremely helpful in allowing me to see the flaws in my time management. Writing a task list which prioritizes the tasks by urgency is an excellent way to accomplish goals.
