Student attrition was not part of my thinking process until I listen to this program. It is helpful to know that students will withdraw from the program for reasons other than just the teacher or the materials.Keeping track of whether or not students keep up is important.

It’s in the chat sessions to 30 minutes or less to retain interest and participation.

It’s really useful for how long to hold the chat sessions because I have to do that this week with my online students do to Covid19-19 it’s very helpful

I learned how important it is to get the biographical information from each student and respond. I normally don’t do this but it will be part of my plan in the future.

To apply this content, i will Pay close attention to the types of strategies I can offer students and vary it.  Monitoring is a huge part of the teachers responsibility.
