Maintaining a good record keeping system to manage the flow of information is important. All online instructors should have a file folder on rsponses to quizzes and exams, discussion and chat transcripts, emails, and assignment answer keys. When professors impletent a record keeping system they reduce their stress and can focus more on teaching. 

In this module, I learned that there are different learning styles. As an e-learning instructor, I should be able to identify the students early in the course and this is helpful because I can foster participation from all students by creating small groups to prevent intimidation and coordinate activities where reluctant learners are lured to participate. 

A great way to project your presence is by creating a biography of yourself and include a summary of your academic achievements, describe your professional experience, and attach a picture of yourself. This helps to establish a relationship with your online learners by gaining their trust, respect, and consideration.

In order for students to be successful, I learned that it is very important for the CMS to be user friendly for students. Navagational simplicity is crucial for online couses because the features will alllow students to locate and use information with ease. A student should go through the school's CMS during orientation, so that their e-learning experience can feel comfortable. secure and successful.
