Its easier to make one-to-one time with students in a face-to-face class so students can approach instructor with an issue. I say, make available, one-to-one times to meet with students so they have the avenue to bring up issues with Title IX offenses. 

Confidentiality is crucial to support the reporting of incidents. 

It is meant to protect students as well as the employees. 

Tree diagram for your lessons. I have done this and it shows me some variation of the sequence of my lessons. Sometimes a class will have an interest in a specific lesson, and it helps if are confident in moving your lesons around to match the class peak interest/ 

I will learn my students name before the first class. That will give them sense of not being astranger. 

Gett to class ealry. Learn the students name before the class. Greet each student with a bit of motivation. 

Reflection. Make room for relfection in the classroom to help improve the intruction, the expereince of the student, and yourself.
