How many of you text your prospective students and at what time during the Admissions process do you feel that is appropriate?

It's absolutley imparative to completely understand the information relavent to the do's and don'ts. When communicating the financial obligations and time commitments that a prospective student may expect, the admissions agent needs to be fluent in this information and relay it accurately. This allows for the prospective student to make an informed descion based on true fact and not on incomplete deduction.
