That many students drop from online courses for technical difficulties. We can facilitate the use of technical support to help student.

I learned that online groups should be limited to 5 or 6 people. I also learned it is ok to encourage small talk and socialization among members.

I learned that you do not need to dominate an online discussion to make your presence known in an oline format. You can remind students of your presecence by posting announcements , office hours and assignment deadlines.

I learned you must be proficent in the online platform to help the students
