I just finished ED 208 training too.
I found the material in the course very interesting as it shows the base theories that have help developed effective teaching techniques that are used in the classroom today. It was surprising to see how each theory tried to explain and situate the multiple and very diverse adult population. Hence the different approaches necessary to better plan any lecture.
It was interesting to find out the specifics about the learner types & the techniques used to enhance their learning expirience. I personally identified with the efficiency of the experiential learning. i'll look forward for a more in deep training abput this topics.

It is so fulfilling to see how powerful genuine care for the students is. The positive, understanding, uplifting, & supportive atmosphere that is created not only helps us educators understand better the student results, but also help the students to make more efforts to succeed & overcome the bumps on their learning process.
