The word from senior management is that we are "going on-line".  To this end I  enrolled in EL110 to learn how to conduct On-line classes.  The course was an eye opener in many ways.  I now have a better idea what it will take to teach using this mode of learning

This course was very interesting.  It opened my eyes to the many areas an institute can assist studnets in achieving thier dreams.

Success of failure is not a one day event or even a first week activity.  Its an entire program process.  Buyer remorse can happen at anytime.  The student will experience highs and lows throughout the school term.  Its our job to identify it in the early stage before it becomes an issue.

Communication is constant now a days.  Staff, faculty, other students, family and friends all play a role in retention.  We are not fighting for the right to study but for the development of an individual in their proper place in our community.  A community that is strengthen but… >>>
