I like that its says you need to use technology when it builds not just because it is there. Teaching students industry specific technology is very important.

Teaching students to build effective teams is an important skill that they will use through out their lives. I think we assume that students have already learned to work in teams so creating norms is important.

Working in cte I think softskills are very important to teach students because it is something that can easily be overlooked.

I feel that these methods are easy to include depending on your group. It also is a way to build a consitent daily plan model.
