For sure......Because all students learn at different rates. We need to be a little more personable now adays if we want to retain retention!

Lab learning and resourses are a great tool in my instructor field because students relate well to hands on training. But we have to watch because some pickup quicker than others or know more from the start, You have to be willing multi teach different groups for varied levels of expericence!

Gearing your lab to your students.

I know me personaly I must pay attention in my diesel lab on how much each student knows, What might be good for one may be too advanced for another of vise versa. Sometimes i find myself having a couple different levels of lab work going at the same time.

Yes......So true!!!Being ex military and leaving my family to go off to war a few times makes it difficult,But on the other hand i've noticed that it helps my students because some of them are in the same boat and us sharing our dicussions helps the both of us in dealing with the stresses of life!
