I think that technology in the classroom makes classroom interaction better and increases response time, but I do think that if we are not careful it could affect your personal boundaries. For example, I teach in classroom and online classes and I have noticed in both that students will tell me that they expect a teacher to respond to them within an hour via the internet, just this week I had a student in my online class tell me to review his work ASAP (which did not happen by the way).
