Daily, weekly and monthly meetings are required in order for an institution to work properly. It is the forum for everyone in the school to be up to date as well as have questions or concerns taken care of so that everyone is on the same page.

The student services department is of much assistance to our current students as well as graduates. It is where they prepare for interviews in order to be succesful in job hunting.

All institutions have different requirements when it comes to the admissions process. Every school has many programs in which there are different pre requisites in order to enroll in such program. It is our responsability as admissions representatives, to be aware of these requirements in order to be in compliance with accrediting agencies and the department of education.

In my opinion, it is important to have constant training in order to stay up to date with all of the rules and regulations put in place by the Dept. of Education as well as accrediting agencies.

It is very important to complete all paperwork including the enrollment agreement in order to be in compliance. We must make sure that all signatures are in place as well as the student information to avoid having to chase after students, which makes the institution look disorganized.

It is important to know and understand most of, if not all the aspects of the school catalog. In there we can find the answers to many of our prospective students questions and concerns regarding school. It explains the different programs, courses, requirements, student information, calendar and tuition to name a few. By knowing our catalog, we know our school and that makes the institution look professional and the staff demonstrates the level of education offered at the campus.
