This module gave some key concepts on different types of students,e nagagement, and how to successfully engage the digfferent type of students. 

I enjoyed learning about the different online learning styles. 

I always include a biography in the chat, and get the students to do the same. People open and avilable to meet the student wehere they are really helps them engage. 

I like the support conponents that are provided for instructors. It is interacrtive and users multimedia.
