As I worked through this module, I wondered if the advice/guidance would change depending on the age of the students, the venue, and more recent technological advances in remote work.

I liked that the advice given in this module reflects best practices in F2F teaching and learning, but applicable to a distance learning forum.

In the current situation (COVID), the idea of a student orientation to the CMS really resonated with me.  We didn't have time to do that where I work and although many teachers were already using some sort of blended learning tools, I think students have really struggled with the navigation of various systems.
