The school that I work for is a work-from-home art program in which the students can earn college credits. The problem that we run into is that parents want to know how many credits will they earn for completing our program. We tell them that it is recommended for "up to 24". Since it is up to the college or university that they will later be attending, we can't answer know for sure.
