I have been reading what students wrote for their assignments and online discussion boards. That motivated me to make some changes to the curriculum of the course I am teaching this term.

a student centered approach is important because ultimately they are the consumers of the content and the content should prepare them to work in the field upon completion of the class.

Consistency in instruction is a good way to help students learn.
