It is importantl to learn how to incorporate these 6 discussions listed. Record keeping is extremely important to making sure that we address the issues with students. Keeping communication alive so they can feel as though they are part of the learning system, we need to deal with disruptive behavior immediately to keep a safe and computible atmosphere and also taking part keeping each student involved very important that we minimize students from dropping out or lossing interest.

It is important that we always give Feedback, it should be worded in way to encourage participation, confidence, and motivation. Feedback, needs to be positive and contruted critisim if needed, but shoul always be in a way that is not discuraging for the student.

Makeing I have provided a biography of my self including education, experience in the field and a little about myself such as hobbies and interests. I also ask that students do the same, in this way each and everyone can get to know each other and have a comfortable platform to start our class atmostphere.

Making sure the content is easy to follow and the student is able to use without unnessary frustration. Giving clear instructions as to what is expected of them and how to manuver thoughout the program. Giving specifict time frames/ dates/ assignments without confussion.
