I am glad to learn that there are limits to accommodations and exactly how the accommodations are determined. No two people are exactly alike and I am glad that these accommodations are confirmed on a case by case basis.
Being accountable for your actions is a priority. There is the black, the white and the grey in recruitment. It is very easy to get into the grey. As professionals, we must know and understand the guidelines by which we work. If an individual feels that there is no way out of the grey area, I would feel that a senior associate assist with the interview. Practicing the guidelines each day is a way to stay out of the dreaded grey zone.

Always be honest and straight forward with your potential students. It is a waste of everyone's time if you don't give them the information they need to make a good decision about their future!
I feel that when meeting and touring a prospective student, we should be professional, honest, full of information and be able to answer the questions the prospective student has. Integrity in the delivery of answers means more than anything.
Providing my potential graduate enrollee with the truth of what to expect with the choices he/she has, helps the presenter to stay true to the track they are on as far as giving the information. It's much easier to remember the truth and the right way than whatever might sound good to an enrollee. Policy and regulations only provide the added help that one needs to stay on track.
