Well this is certainly an interesting conversation to begin after reading through this first section of my renewal. Accreditation is so important for a school to have when it comes to having your students and prospective students have confidence in the school they will be attending. What I found to be noticeably imperative for an Admissions Representative to know is that it is okay to say that you do not know the answer to a question. So far one of the most interesting ideas in this job for me is to not have to necessarily MASTER the financial aid aspect of our job. We can know the basics, but it is not our job to communicate the information or tell a student what theey are eligible for. With my previous jobs, It was common to be an expert in all aspects of the company.
