Universal Design

This is a topic I never thought of or heard of. Good example would be the captioning text on TV. I do use that a lot. I don't know why, I don't have a disability but for some reason I just have to have it on. Technology these days are amazing and it will take us far into the world.

Hidden from the world

After going over this section about the types of disabilities made me think about wanting to help or find a way that the world will recognize these disabilities and the types of disabilities. To be honest I knew very little about this topic. Being able to try an accommodate or recognize the different types of disabilities will be a process but I will do my best to help and know the procedures.

Society has changed

It has changed a lot. There are many more ways to accommodate students with disabilities and I am grateful for that. This part of training class has really got my attention. There is so much things I learned today.

Staying positive and motivated plays an important role as an Admissions Representative. We need to be that strong motivator for our students. Separating sales and helping students is something we need to remember. This obviously comes back to staying in compliance. Through the right training we will not have a problem fulfilling the expectation.

Doing the right thing

Our ability to follow the processes and procedures established by the company will ensure that we stay in compliance at all times. It is our job as an individual to absorb all the training materials and apply it correctly.
