one of Georgia's laws mandated by state

The state agency specifically requires positions including Director of Education, Director of Financial Aid, and Director of Enrollment. Schools are required to have a Director of Education but the other positions are not mandated by the state.

As with any services or goods, advertising and marketing activities for colleges should be done with honesty and integrity. Regulations focus on areas where any "gray line" on what is considered appropriate has been previously misused or otherwise caused concern, typically for students.
