Erin , Agree, this can be difficult to document and without the documentation you are unable to award FSA. Many of the participants in this forum commented on the same issues related to Selective Service and resolving the C Flag. Most of the participants find that providing an understanding to the third party on the significance and requirements behind these statements assist the third party in understanding their responsibility. Brenda, As you may have noticed many of the participants in this forum have stated that Selective Service is the most difficult to resolve. You have to document the students situation and clearly show the student did not knowingly and willfully fail to register. Nichelle, I have not worked with this match before; however, maybe some of the other participants have dealt with this and will provide you feedback.
