Dayanis, Most FA Administrators will not request any verification documents until the ISIR is returned requiring verification and communicating which Verification Category. If you collect these documents prior to the student being selected you are in essences performing selecting the student for institutional verification and reequired to ensure the ISIR is accurate to all documents. Rachael, This may be a tricky when dealing with non-supportive parents o parents with concerns. I found the best approach is to schedule a time with the parents to address all of their concerns and enable to student to move forward. Rachael, Researching and resolving Pell LEU's can be difficult. Also, if an error is discovered you should document from the institution that the student did not attend or receive federal Pell. This documentation may be used to dispute an invalid Pell LEU. Sincerely, Chyrl Ayers

Rachael, This might be an option you could discuss with your third party servicer to see if you expedite corrections through the FAA process.
