Ryan, I am sure that many agree with you, however, it is unfortunate that so many people who managed to work effectively as well as ethically had to pay the price for those bad actors. The regulations that were set into place in 2010 are much stronger and more consumer friendly. Cindy Bryant

Vada, Hi! When it comes to re-elections there are certain rules regarding "polling" within a certain distance, however the type of recruiting activities that is being referred to is regarding schools recruiting within the walls of social services. Cindy Bryant

Gina, You asked a great question about what an online instructor do to further engage their students. A few ideas, would be to ask open ended questions, create chat rooms where students can openly discuss assignments, have presentations completed via technology such as Skype. Cindy Bryant

Vanessa, Hi! Not every position or department directly relates to the students exit interview BUT every position and department has the ability to impact the student experience. Students may determine whether or not they are going to repay their federal loans based on such experience. I would challenge every employee to strive to better understand how a positive experience impacts debt ratios at their campus. Cindy Bryant

Renate, Every business builds their own foundation. The most successful businesses with any type of longevity have built their organization on a solid mission statement and values premise. When these values are held in high regard by management they have a tendency to trickle down. It seems that your school has upheld their mission and promoted ethics and compliance throughout the school. Cindy Bryant
