Janet, Thank you for sharing your ethical practices. It is true that integrity and moral values stem from a persons upbringing and pertains to, or concerned with the principles or rules of right conduct or the distinction between right and wrong as defined by the families values. What happens when a person is asked to follow a mission statement enriched morality when the person was not raised in a home steeped in moral values? Cindy Bryant
Candace, It has been my experience with Do-Not-Call that you are able to block telemarketing calls or sales calls. I am not aware of any specifics beyond this variable. Cindy Bryant
Donna, You mentioned checklists when managing disclosures and this is a great idea. Many colleges utilize checklists to insure that all disclosures are covered. I thought it was interesting what you said about having insurance documents written at a 5th grade level so that the majority of the population could read them and understand them. Cindy Bryant

Jonathan, It's good to know that your campus has systems in place to insure that disclosures are distributed efficiently. Having been on the job for a week it sounds like you have learned quite a bit. Cindy Bryant

Marlin, The catalog is a great tool to review with prospective students who are considering enrolling in college. It offers them the opportunity to compare programs side by side and the catalog should be up to date and compliant since it must be approved by state and accrediting agencies. Cindy Bryant
Darryl, Program Integrity mandates transparency which allows the student a better understanding of the prrogram and the college that they have chosen. This avoids confusion and should lead to a lower attrition rate. Cindy Bryant
