Jessica, Any time that you can refer students to Career Services for additional information you should do so. The more exposure students have to CS the better the opportunity to build relationships that will help at graduation when securing employment. Cindy Bryant

Denelle, Great point. We would hope that a student would behave responsibly when wearing anything with the school name or logo on it but we cannot be assured that will happen. At least offering school apparel is another way to advertise. Cindy Bryant

If you are doubting whether or not your college is in compliance with the federal guidelines I would certainly sit down and have a conversation with your supervisor in order to gain a better understanding of the referral process and the quarterly events. Jerry , It can be challenging to impart information instantaneously. I have found it useful to keep disclosures and important documents stored electronically via the internet or Google docs where they can be updated as needed and downloaded on a case by case basis. If this method is used effectively all is needed is a simple email notification and the changes are disseminated to the students asap. Cindy Bryant
